Crown&Comb 30-Day Return Promise
We want you to feel fabulous about your Crown&Comb purchase! If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can send it back or swap it out within 30 days of receiving it. Because we specialize in beauty and personal care products, returns must meet strict hygiene standards—so everything needs to be in brand new, unused, and unopened condition.
A Few Exceptions:
For hair dryers, flat irons, and curling irons, we offer a little more wiggle room. If you’ve given one a gentle try and it’s still in pristine, like-new shape (with all its original bits and packaging), you’re welcome to return it.
Order Cancellations:
Changed your mind before your order ships? Reach out to us right away—if we can catch it before it leaves our hands, we’ll happily cancel it for you.

Return Checklist:
  • All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • With the exception of the hair tools mentioned above, returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging—manuals, accessories, and all.
  • Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please pack your return securely to prevent any damage en route.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind. If needed, we can provide a pre-paid label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Unless we made an oops on your order, return shipping is your responsibility (but again, we’re happy to provide a pre-paid label if you prefer).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll shoot you an email confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Heads up: Returns that arrive without a valid RMA or don’t meet these guidelines may be refused or be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

How to Start a Return:
  1. Double-check that your item and situation fit our policy above.
  2. If you’re good to go, contact our customer care team to get your RMA number and personalized return instructions.
  3. Pack up your item, pop your RMA number on the outside, and send it our way!
Just a reminder: Returns without a valid RMA or not meeting our guidelines may be refused or incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
